Daria Adler

Daria Adler is an intellectual property litigator who focuses on trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Ms. Adler graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2023. While in law school, Daria participated in the University of Houston Law Center's Entertainment Law Clinic, gaining direct experience representing clients in trademark, copyright, and entertainment matters. Then, she clerked for Mr. Barks and fellow practitioner Rodney Beard from May 2022 to May 2023. Daria joined Barks PLLC shortly after passing the Texas bar.

Daria is adept at advising clients on trademark and trade secret development and enforcement. She has experience working with clients in various industries including entertainment, fashion, and oil and gas.

Daria graduated from the University of British Columbia with a major in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy in 2019. She is an avid gamer and lover of Japanese manga and anime. Ms. Adler is also fluent in Russian and French.
